Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. orange extract
1/4 t. nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In medium bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and yolk; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and orange extract. Blend in dry ingredients.
Fill cookie press with dough and form cookies on an ungreased cookies sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
